Three Pub-goers Test Positive For Drugs During Pattaya Late Night Raid

Pattaya —

Three pub-goers were transferred to a rehabilitation center after Pattaya Police found illegal drugs in their system during a raid at 1 AM today, June 15th.

The arrested pub-goers were discovered at a nightclub named The Garden 168, located on South Pattaya Road, Nongprue sub-district, Banglamung district, Chonburi province.

The inspection of the club took place at 1 AM on June 15th and was led by Pattaya Police chief Pol. Lt. Col. Surachet Aneksrim, accompanied by officials from the Banglamung District Office. During the inspection, three people were found to have purple-colored urine, which indicated that they had just taken illicit drugs.

In addition, 13 people did not carry their ID cards, which was also against the law. At the end of the operation, the three pub-goers with drugs in their system were arrested and would subsequently be transferred to the Banglamung Social Rehabilitation Center.

Pattaya police have been busy raiding multiple clubs and karaoke venues over the past two weeks in Pattaya such as this one where they found multiple undocumented migrant workers.

Luxury Karaokes in particular have been a recent police raid target like this major raid here.
