Unseasonal Rain Hits Bangkok Causing Floods and Traffic Chaos

Unseasonal rain and storms in Bangkok have caused flood and traffic chaos on Wednesday morning (February 15th).

The rain hit 15 districts in Bangkok and the metropolitan area since 7:00 A.M. and continued for many hours which caused floods and traffic chaos during rush hours.

Meanwhile, the Thai Meteorological Department has issued an announcement this morning that from today until Friday (February 17th) rain is affecting the upper part of Thailand and strong wind and hail might hit some areas as well as thunder and lightning. Temperatures will drop by one to three Celsius.
