TIMELINE: Chonburi and Pattaya officials inform residents who visited places in relation to most recent Covid -19 confirmed cases

The Chonburi Public Health Office last night (July 11^th) has released a timeline to inform people who went to specific places last month and this month to notify health authorities and monitor their health. The following is an English translation of the release.

1. Sweet Infinity restaurant on No 332 road in Bang Sarae, Sattahip from June 28th to July 4th from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
2. Klinique clinic at Central Festival Pattaya Beach branch from June 28th to July 6th from midday to 7:00 P.M.
3. Mr Ar Khao Man Gai restaurant on Wachira Prakan Road in Bang Plasoi, Mueang Chonburi from June 29th to July 5th from 6:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
4. Shabushi at Central Festival Pattaya Beach branch from July 1st to July 5th from midday to 9:30 P.M. and from July 6th to July 7th from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

5. Kitchen at Centara by Centara Maris Resort Jomtien Hotel in Nongprue from June 28th to July 9th from 1:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.

6. Lyn shop on the 1st floor at Central Festival Pattaya Beach from June 28th to July 6th from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

7. Por Bypass Alai shop in Baan Suan, Mueang Chonburi from July 1st to July 3rd from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

8. SuperSport on the 2nd floor (specific place not given) in Nongprue from July 3rd to July 7th from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

9. Lotus Express (2243) in Nong Maidang, Mueang Chonburi from July 3rd to July 5th and 7th from 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.

10. Kasikorn Bank on Phraya Sajja Road in Mueang Chonburi from July 5th to July 7th from 8:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.

11. ID card office on the 1st floor at Mueang Chonburi Municipality on Wachira Prakan Road in Bang Plasoi, Mueang Chonburi on July 5th from 3:00 P.M. to 3:30 P.M.

12. CLEAN’S barbershop at old market 133 years in Ang Sila, Mueang Chonburi on July 5th from 4:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.

13. Jae Wan restaurant in Baan Suan, Mueang Chonburi on July 6th from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.

14. Pak Rium Borwin Market on July 7th from 3:00 P.M.. to 9:00 P.M..

15. COVID -19 vaccination center on the 4th floor in front of the cinema at Central Plaza Chonburi in Samet, Mueang Chonburi on July 8th from 8:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.

If anyone has problems with respiratory symptoms and/or fever within 14 days from when they had visited those places, they must go to a hospital, according to the Chonburi Public Health Office.

Please inform the hospital that you visited the same place as a Covid-19 confirmed case, they continued.

The Chonburi Department of Public Health announced 399 new and confirmed cases of Covid-19 today with two new deaths, July 12th.
