An intoxicated tomboy in Pattaya was physically assaulted by a man after she allegedly said bad words about the man’s mother for unapparent reasons.

The incident was reported to the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation at 10:36 PM on April 29th. The victim, Ms. Wilailak (family name withheld), a 28-year-old tomboy, was found lying on the floor of the restaurant with a head wound after being hit by another customer. She was taken to Pattaya Hospital for treatment.

The attack occurred at a Thai restaurant on Soi Sukhumvit Pattaya 91, Nongprue sub-district, Banglamung district, Chonburi province. The owner, Mrs. Prakong Phongsart, 63, stated to The Pattaya News that Ms. Wilailak arrived at her restaurant intoxicated and began arguing with a male customer. The victim allegedly berated the customer’s mother for unclear reasons, leading the customer to strike Ms. Wilailak in the head, causing her to fall to the ground.

Ms. Wilailak’s co-worker, Uncle Dum, stated that the victim is an alcoholic regular and often becomes aggressive when drunk. He said that she has been warned multiple times about her behavior in the past, but she has not listened.
