The Pattaya News Company Limited posted a news photo/video on July 16th, 2023 without fully covering/obscuring the face of Mr. Chatchai Sawatchai. It was an imprudent act that resulted in Mr. Chatchai Sawatchai and his family receiving damages.
Now the Pattaya News Company Limited admits to the mistake and feels guilty for the error. The Pattaya News Company Limited would like to express responsibility for its own actions by apologizing very much to Mr. Chatchai Sawatchai and his family.
The photos/video in question have been removed and retracted.
The Pattaya News Company hereby confirms that they will improve such actions and carefully check the content of the news that they will disseminate to society to benefit society according to the spirit of The Pattaya News Company Limited.
