Young Man Injured in Hit-and-Run on Pattaya Beach Road

A young man was injured in a motorbike hit-and-run involving a motorcycle with a side cart on Pattaya Beach Road early on December 1st.

At around 02:00 AM, Pattaya police received a report of the accident. They immediately coordinated with the Sawang Boriboon rescue teams to inspect the scene.

On Beach Road, authorities found a Yamaha Grand Filano motorcycle with a Chonburi license plate overturned in the middle of the road. The motorcycle’s rider, identified as Mr. Krawit Jandang, 20, was lying injured with a large laceration on his right ankle.

The rescue teams promptly provided initial medical care to Mr. Jandang before urgently transporting him to Banglamung Hospital for further treatment.

According to witnesses, Mr. Jandang was riding his motorcycle along Beach Road when a fruit side cart abruptly cut him off, causing him to lose control of his vehicle and crash.

The other party reportedly fled the scene immediately after the accident, leaving Mr. Jandang injured on the road. Fortunately, concerned citizens promptly notified authorities, leading to a swift response from the rescue teams.

Authorities are currently investigating the accident to determine the full cause and identify the fleeing driver.
