Pattaya Contact Center 1337 Wins Silver Best Contact Center Award

“Pattaya Contact Center 1337” clinched a silver award at The Best Contact Center Awards 2023, an event held on October 4th, 2023, at Bangkok’s Akshara Theater.

The award ceremony was attended by Pattaya Mayor Mr. Poramase Ngampiches, and Mr. Surat Thepchaito, the Director of the Tourism and Sports Office, along with other officials.

The Telephone Call Center Trade Association of Thailand (TCCTA) organized the competition, featuring participants from eight countries, with the goal of recognizing outstanding contact centers. TCCTA has been hosting this competition annually since 2015. This year, Pattaya made its debut in the competition with its automated telephone system, Pattaya Contact Center 1337, and secured the Corporate (Silver Award) following a thorough evaluation based on TCCTA’s criteria.

This achievement reflects Pattaya’s commitment to enhancing telephone services and contact centers, with a focus on improving service systems, developing staff, raising service standards, and establishing a trustworthy image.

Pattaya Contact Center 1337’s victory also underscores the city’s dedication to delivering top-quality services to its users.
