Two foreigners were interrogated by Pattaya police last Sunday night, July 9th, over the disappearance of a German real estate businessman, Mr. Hans Peter Mack.

Mr. Hans remains missing since he left his house in Pattaya for a business appointment to discuss a real estate deal on July 4th, 2023.
According to Pattaya and Nongprue police, two unidentified foreigners had been summoned and interrogated at Nongprue Police Station in the middle of last night.
They arrived at the station with their lawyers and reportedly remained silent, refusing to confirm any details and insisting to have their lawyers handle the talking for them. Nongprue police said they were not yet ready to release any personal information regarding the potential suspects or their possible connections to Mr. Mack.
Previously, another female suspect had been summoned to provide her statement, and she also insisted on speaking only through her lawyer. All three suspects avoided the media and did not release statements to the press.
Additionally, there are reports that the investigating police have uncovered an irregular financial transaction totalling over 2 million baht, which might be interconnected to the case.
The police are examining the transaction as well as continuing searching for Mr. Hans. Police have also examined several properties possibly connected to the case but so far have not reported any abnormalities in regards to the searches.
A reward of 3 Million Baht offered by the family remains active for information leading to the safe discovery of Mr. Mack.
