Twin 19-Year-Olds Arrested For Allegedly Targeting Sexually Assaulting Many Minors in Ratchaburi, Thailand

Ratchaburi –

Twin teenagers were arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting many young female teenagers, most were reportedly virgins, in Ratchaburi.

The Investigation Division of the Metropolitan Police Bureau (IDMB) reported that four sets of parents have filed reports to police in Ratchaburi.

They told police that the twins contacted their children via Facebook. They chose girls who were under the age of 15-years-old and virgin girls who lived near them before sexually assaulting and raping them.

There are many more victims who are afraid to report to the police, claimed the parents. Many girls are depressed and some tried to cause self harm after the incidents, the parents added.

The IDMB Police has continued their investigation in which they have arrested the twin suspects. Mr. Yutthana ‘Pai’, 19 (elder brother) who was at a work camp in Ratchaburi and Mr. Wantana ‘Pat’, 19 (younger brother by a few minutes) who was arrested in Suphan Buri. They are facing charges of sexually assaulting minors aged under 15-years-old and taking minors aged under 15-years-old away from their parents.

Police found that the twin suspects, dubbed the “Hell Twins” by local residents, were arrested before in Suphanburi. Pai has been involved in six cases of theft and Pat has been involved in three cases of sexual assaults previously.

The suspects remain in custody as of press time. They did not immediately release a statement or plea to the charges.
