Trailer Truck Crash on Sri Racha Overpass Causes Container to Fall on Five Vehicles

A trailer truck crashed on an overpass before a container fell down and landed on five vehicles below in Sri Racha.

Luckily, no injuries or deaths were reported.

Emergency responders were notified of the accident at 6:00 P.M. on Friday (April 7th) on an overpass in the Thung Sukhala sub-district.

The rescue teams arrived at the scene to find the damaged trailer truck on the overpass. The container from the truck was found below. Five vehicles in total were damaged by the container.

One of the drivers of the damaged vehicles, who asked for her name to be withheld, told The Pattaya News that she was driving a truck carrying other vehicles. The container fell down from the overpass above before hitting her vehicles. Luckily, she did not suffer any injuries.

The driver of the trailer truck that crashed did not speak to the press and did not release a statement on why he felt the crash happened. He also did not release his name and asked law enforcement to withhold it.

The Sri Racha Police are continuing their investigation for further potential legal action.
