The Chonburi Public Health Office last night (August 4th) has released a short timeline to inform people who went to specific places this month and last month to notify health authorities and monitor their health. The following is an English translation of the release.

- Na Na coffee shop in Don Hualor, Mueang Chonburi from July 28th to August 2nd from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
3. Jae Noon local grocery near Family Land housing estate in Na Pa, Mueang Chonburi from July 29th to August 2nd from 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
4. PTT gas station in Nong Ree, Mueang Chonburi from August 2nd to August 3rd from 11:00 A.M. to 8:30 P.M.
5. Nong Pream local restaurant in Thung Sukhala, Si Racha on July 24th from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and from July 26th to July 28th from 8:00 A.M. to midday.
6. Worakit Bueng Market in Bueng, Si Racha from July 24th to July 25th from 1:00 P.M to 2:00 P.M., on July 26th from 5:30 P.M to 6:30 P.M., and from July 28th to July 29th from 5:30 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
7. Chaiyo local restaurant near Pak Ruam Intersection in Borwin, Si Racha from July 25th to July 31st from 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
8. Borwin fresh market in Si Racha from July 25th to July 31st from 5:30 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.
9. Si Racha fresh market from July 25th to July 31st from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
10. Noodle vendor in front of Rattanacha Bangphon School on Sukhumvit Road in Bang Phra from July 25th to July 31st from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

16. Tawan Carcare in Thung Sukhala, Si Racha on July 30th from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. and on July 31st from 8:00 A.M. to midday.

If anyone has problems with respiratory symptoms and/or a fever within 14 days from when they had visited those places, they must go to a hospital, according to the Chonburi Public Health Office.
Please inform the hospital that you visited the same place as a Covid-19 confirmed case, they continued.
