Business operators cook for children in need at Baan Kruja in Pattaya during the Covid-19 crisis

Pattaya–

Fairtech Company and Colour Ocean Company cooked food for children at the Baan Kruja Anti Human Trafficking and Child Abuse Center in the Pattaya area for a whole week recently.

Staffers from the Fairtech Co.,Ltd and Colour Ocean Co.,Ltd led by the director of events and hotels Mr. Rojjanin Chalermtanaroj and Ms. Chutharat Khaokomol cooked lunch earlier this week for the children at need.

They have continued to cook food for one week with snacks and fruits to help children and provide them with healthy meals.

The director of the Baan Kruja Mr. Palisorn Noja (Kruja) said to the business operators, “I am very glad and appreciate your kindness for the children here. They are very happy with meals during this Covid -19 situation.”

TPN notes that due to the current Covid-19 situation in Thailand that has seen thousands of businesses closed to control the Covid19 situation and essentially shut down foreign tourism without quarantines charities are struggling as well. With many of their prior supporters struggling to make an income themselves or not able to travel due to domestic travel restrictions, charities who rely entirely on donations have seen their donations drop by as much as 95 percent according to multiple local charity workers.

Baan Kru Ja is located near Sanesk Town in Baan Marp Yailia in Nongprue. There are 51 kids and teenagers aged from 6 to 16 with 7 staffers who are taking care of the children, most who come from abusive families or situations.
