The day after the issue had gone viral in local media, all trash was cleared out from the park.

However the Nongprue Municipality has issued an announcement to clarify about the locals concern.

They explained to the press, “The park is opened 24 hours with no closing time. Some people have visited the park at night.”

“In addition, there were lots of people who visited last week during the long weekend.”

“We have hired a private sector company to clean and take care of the park. This company will clean the park daily and provide regular maintenance to avoid this issue happening in the future.”
