Banglamung officials inspected Pattaya City bars last night for Covid-19 measures being followed

Banglamung –

Pornchai Sang-Iad, District Chief of Banglamung, had led a group of Banglamung officials through entertainment venues around Pattaya city last night, September 6, to check if all the bars were following strict measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 during a long four day weekend.

Following the closure of bars in Bangkok after a nightclub DJ was found positive with Covid-19, the officials had started the survey for public health measures check from Walking Street to the Pattaya 3rd Road in South Pattaya.

The officials inspection revealed that all the bars and entertainment venues were abiding by coronavirus measures, including temperature measurement, wearing masks, social distancing, provided hand sanitizer, and most importantly had a QR code for the Thai-Chana application registration. No illegal drugs and weapons used were detected throughout the inspection.

The Banglamung district chief had also encouraged all entrepreneurs and vendors to strictly follow the measures, for their own safety and for the prevention of the spread of the Covid-19. Customers were also recommended to wear face masks at all times to protect themselves.
