Driver killed after motorbike crashes into parked trailer truck in Si Racha

A driver has been pronounced dead at the scene after their motorbike crashed into a parked trailer truck in Si Racha.

The Laem Chabang Police was notified of the accident at 1:00 AM early this morning in front of a gas station in Thung Sukkhla.

Police arrived at the scene to find the body of Mr. Kittisak Kasak, 21, from Kamphaeng Phet. He was bleeding heavily into the road.

Nearby, rescue staff found his damaged motorbike and the trailer truck. The truck driver, Suraphong Siwijit, 38 was waiting for police at the scene.

Suraphong told police that he had parked his truck on the side of the road for a nap.

Another truck driver who was driving behind Kittisak told police that Kittisak’s motorbike was allegedly driving at high speed before crashing into the rear end of the parked trailer truck.

Laem Chabang police are continuing their investigation at this time.
