MAE HONG SON (NNT) – Natural tourist attractions in many provinces are preparing to open on July 1st, 2020. Tourists must strictly comply with the COVID-19 outbreak preventive measures.
Mr. Suwaphong Kitiphatphiboon, Governor of Mae Hong Son, and Mae Hong Son District Chief Officer led a team to visit Tham Pla-Namtok Pha Suea National Park, Huai Pha subdistrict, Muang Mae Hong Son district, to check the readiness of the area and the viral outbreak preventive measures before opening to tourists on July 1st. He offered suggestions on public health measures to managers of the national park to enhance the efficiency of their COVID-19 preventive measures.
The officials of Phu Pha Man National Park and Nam Phong National Park, Khon Kaen, tested the screening and QR code scanning systems for visitors via the “Thai Chana.com” platform, as part of preparations prior to relaunching natural tourism, according to the regulations and measures controling COVID-19. All tourists are required to comply with the regulations.
Mr Narit Mongkholsri, Deputy Governor of Songkhla, inspected the preparations at Ton Nga Chang Wildlife Sanctuary before its opening. Ton Nga Chang Wildlife Sanctuary has launched measures to accommodate tourists under the new normal conditions, in accordance with the measures controlling the COVID-19 outbreak, as decreed by the Songkhla Provincial Communicable Disease Committee.
