Car Catches Fire in Pattaya After Bus Part Falls and Hits Other Vehicles

Pattaya, June 21st – A dramatic incident unfolded on Friday night in the Pattaya area when a car burst into flames after being struck by a part of a bus. The collision caused significant damage to multiple vehicles.

The Sawang Boriboon rescue team received an emergency call at 10:36 P.M. regarding the incident. The location was Motorway 7 Section 5, near a U-turn. Responders, including firefighters and the Pattaya News team, rushed to the scene. They discovered a row of four damaged vehicles on the road. The last vehicle, an electric car, was engulfed in flames. Firefighters worked diligently to extinguish the fire.

Interestingly, a broken bus part was found nearby, being towed by a truck. The car involved was driven by Ms. Nachanok Rattanathip, a 36-year-old online seller.

According to her account to the Pattaya News, she was following other vehicles when the bus part fell and struck her car. Fortunately, her car’s warning system alerted her to the problem, allowing her to stop safely on the roadside and escape before a fire consumed her vehicle.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the bus part detachment and the subsequent fire. Meanwhile, drivers in the area are urged to remain cautious and vigilant.
