Foreigner Punches Transgender Woman Unconscious in Pattaya’s Walking Street, Police Investigating

A foreign man punched a transgender woman unconscious in the early hours of Monday morning, according to a security camera at an entertainment venue on Pattaya Walking Street.

The incident occurred at around 3:01 AM on June 17th near Soi 14 on Walking Street. The footage showed two foreign men of unknown nationality, one wearing a white shirt and shorts, seemingly arguing with a transgender woman in a yellow skirt. The altercation quickly escalated, with one of the foreign men delivering a single punch to the transgender woman’s face, causing her to fall to the ground and become unconscious.

According to the footage, the foreign men immediately ran away from the scene after the attack, leaving the unconscious trans woman lying on the street. Friends of the victim rushed to her aid and called for medical assistance. The victim, who suffered bleeding from her nose and mouth, was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Mr. Ton, an eyewitness, shared with local media that he heard the victim arguing about something with the foreigners before the suspect suddenly punched her. Friends of the victim attempted to run after the men but they could not catch up.

As of press time, no one has come to file formal complaint at the Pattaya Police Station. Pattaya police are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact them immediately.
