On May 28th, 2024, Bangkok Pride posted on X, inviting the public to the Bangkok Pride Parade festival on June 1st, 2024, along Rama I Road in Pathumwan.
Bangkok Pride announced that the LGBTQ+ community will march on the “rainbow road of equality” to demonstrate that marriage equality in Thailand is on the horizon. The parade will follow the theme “Celebration of Love,” featuring five main processions: Love Wins (Red), Love for Identity (Yellow), Love for Dignity (Green), Love for Peace and Earth (Blue), and Love for Freedom (Purple).
The Bangkok Pride Parade festival is open and free for everyone to join, allowing participants to express and showcase their unique definitions of love. The event will take place from the National Stadium to Ratchaprasong Intersection on June 1st.
The gathering will begin at 2 PM in front of the Nimibutr Building at the National Stadium. The parade will then proceed along Rama I Road towards the Ratchaprasong Intersection, covering a distance of 2.5 kilometers.
