Pattaya Deputy Mayor Mr. Krissana Boonsawat welcomed Taekwondo coach Ms. Suparat Wongrattanachart and her team of young Taekwondo athletes to celebrate their victories at the national competitions on Wednesday.
The ceremony took place on May 8th, 2024, at the Pattaya City Hall. Previously, Ms. Suparat, representing the RSR Pattaya Taekwondo team, led a group of athletes aged 15-18 to participate in two Taekwondo competitions. They secured a remarkable haul of medals, including:
Rajaburi Games National Youth Sports:
- Gold Medal: Kanchanalak “Lukkaew” Chuenchooklin
- Silver Medal: Nitiphat “Tonmai” Amatmontri
- Bronze Medals: Nitchariy “Ongfong” Wongrattanachart, Kesaraporn “Prai” Rungjamjang, and Jolie “Jolie” Lim
GH Bank Taekwondo National Championship 2024:
- Outstanding Youth Male Athlete: Natthaphat “Ikkkyu” Meesuk
- Gold Medals: Nitiphat “Tonmai” Amatmontri and Natthaphat “Ikkkyu” Meesuk
- Silver Medals: Kesaraporn “Prai” Rungjamjang, Kanchanalak “Lukkaew” Chuenchooklin, and Sarida “Diw” Nanpradith
- Bronze Medals: Nitchariy “Ongfong” Wongrattanachart and Panudda “Fern” Buthsom
The young champions were very eager to share their successes with the city’s leadership.
Deputy Mayor Mr. Krissana expressed his admiration for the athletes’ dedication, hard work, and discipline. He encouraged them to continue their training and strive for even greater accomplishments in the future.
