Pattaya Motorcycle Accident Claims Rider’s Life

A tragic motorcycle accident took place near the Pattaya Central Underpass on February 7th, 2024, at around 2:30 AM. The incident resulted in the loss of the life of Mr. Kantapong Chaemnoi, 30.

Upon receiving the report of the accident, Pattaya police, along with rescue personnel from the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation, rushed to the scene. They found Mr. Kantapong lying unconscious with severe injuries and immediately administered CPR. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, Mr. Kantapong succumbed to his injuries shortly after.

Initial investigations revealed that Mr. Kantapong was traveling on a grey Honda PCX motorcycle when he collided with a barrier at high speed. The impact ejected him from the motorcycle, which came to rest overturned nearby.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing the motorcycle rider traveling at high speed before the crash. They promptly contacted authorities for assistance upon witnessing the accident.

Mr. Kantapong’s body has been transferred to Banglamung Hospital, where it will be kept until his relatives arrive to perform funeral rites according to their religious customs.
