Terminal 21 Pattaya Shopping Mall hosted the Miss Qipao International 2024 competition on February 4th, 2024, as part of the larger Chinese New Year events.

The pageant aimed to celebrate the holiday under the theme “Fei Long – Fly to the happiness” and promote tourism in the eastern region of Thailand and Pattaya.
The event, held at 4:30 PM, attracted dignitaries like Mr. Surat Thepchaito, Director of the Tourism and Sports Office, and Ms. Hathairat Phoket, Director of Terminal 21 Pattaya Shopping Mall. Representatives from various regional and national tourism organizations also graced the occasion. The Pattaya News team, including co-owner Adam Judd, were also present.
Contestants competed for cash prizes, crowns, sashes, and trophies worth over 100,000 baht. The pageant served as one of the highlights of the upcoming Chinese New Year. Terminal 21 Pattaya Shopping Mall will also be hosting other interesting activities from February 2nd to the 11th.
Beyond the competition, the festivities offered diverse entertainment, including Guqin instrumental performances, captivating mask-changing shows, a Nine Auspicious Dragons and Lions spectacle, and vibrant Chinese Kid’s Dance routines. These activities aimed to engage a broad audience and bolster tourism during the Chinese New Year period.
