The majestic Buddha carving at Buddha Mountain (Khao Chi Chan) in Sattahip is set to be gracefully illuminated in the upcoming 10th Annual “Hae Koam Chom Phra Chai” lantern event, taking place on February 2nd and 3rd, 2024.
The festivities will commence on February 2nd with a mesmerizing lantern parade, casting a warm glow upon the evening as it winds its way through the venue. The procession will be accompanied by a captivating display of cultural performances, showcasing the diverse artistic tapestry of Sattahip residents.
On February 3rd, the event will unveil the monumental performance of the Khon, a traditional Thai masked dance drama. This breathtaking presentation, titled “The Battle of Romklao: Victory Against Evil,” will transport audiences to a world of epic battles and timeless storytelling.
