Sattahip —

In a pre-dawn raid on January 4th, 2024, police officers from the Sattahip Police Station shut down a loud party at a local pool villa in Sattahip district and arrested several teenagers for causing loud noises and suspected drug use.

Over 20 officers surrounded and searched the villa, whose name was withheld pending further investigation, at approximately 4:30 AM today. The villa is located in the Bang Saray sub-district of Chonburi province. The raid was prompted by several complaints of loud music from nearby local residents.

The police found eight Thai teenagers – six males and two females. They were playing blaring songs in the villa in a reportedly drug-fueled party, Sattahip police reported. The authorities seized unreported amounts of ketamine from the suspects, along with some paraphernalia.

All individuals, who were not identified, underwent drug tests and would face legal actions related to drug abuse and possession of ketamine, Sattahip police said.
