According to a report by the police, two suspects, who were publicly identified as Mr. Pornthep Praichat, 27, and Mr. Tawan Panhuai, 27, allegedly used mobile phones to contact debtors. The police performed an investigation at the suspected house and found more than 1,000 loan business cards, 2 loan contract letters, a list of 30 debtors, and 11 motorbikes.

The two suspects reportedly confessed their wrongdoings to the police that they conspired to collect loans from debtors. However, they allegedly said to the police that they had no idea about the motorbikes parked at the house as they had started working only for a month and were paid 300 to 500 baht daily.
Initially, the suspects were escorted to the Bang Lamung police station for further legal processing and the police pledged to perform an investigation to hold the employer accountable for his crimes.
