At 10:30 PM, on December 22nd, 2023, Pattaya City Rescue Radio Center received an accident report of a sedan colliding with a motorbike on Pattaya Road, Bang Lamung, Chonburi.
The rescue teams and Pattaya City police were dispatched to the accident scene and found an unidentified woman aged 20 to 30 stuck under a white sedan and a motorbike with slight damage.
The rescue teams used car lifting equipment to help the woman out and performed first aid before urgently transferring her to a nearby hospital.
According to the Rescue teams, Ms. Phakawan Pangkaew, a 33-year-old witness, stated that she reportedly saw the white sedan overtake her and collide with the victim’s motorbike leading to the victim to lose control and roll underneath the white sedan.
Initially, the Pattaya City police investigated local CCTV footage to determine the exact cause of the incident.
