On October 28th, 2023, Thai Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECD) officials confiscated bogus products including famous watches and handbags, fake warranties, and counterfeit trademarks in Yannawa, Bangkok.

The alleged counterfeiter was publicly identified only as Ms. Phattanan, 28, and faced a charge of Counterfeit Trademark Goods Distribution.
According to the police report, Central Trading Co., Ltd., sent a representative to file a complaint to the ECD officials that there were bogus products that impersonated the Central Trading trademark on a famous online platform and a fake warranty for credibility.

The properties in dispute were 1,594 pieces of counterfeit trademark, 558 fake warranties, 198 fake watches, and 75 bogus handbags.
