Sattahip Pub Worker Hospitalized After Excessive Drinking Battle with Patron

A barman in Chonburi’s Sattahip district was admitted to a hospital after falling unconscious and suffering a health crisis following an intense drinking battle with a customer.

Local emergency responders received a report of a bar worker passing out at his workplace located near Thongthip Market in Sattahip, and rushed to the scene to check on him.

The incident happened on Sunday morning at an unnamed men’s karaoke shop within the entertainment zone of Sattahip district. The victim of Thai nationality, Mr. Aphicha Yangmalangsathon, 30, was found on a couch surrounded by bar patrons and his co-workers inside the establishment.

Wearing only jeans and no shirt, the victim had passed out and could not be awoken. The rescuers asked his co-workers about the cause of the man’s condition and were told that he had engaged in an intense drinking battle with an unidentified customer and suddenly blacked out.

Concerned, the co-workers immediately notified the rescue unit. They added that the victim had also experienced a state of shock before losing consciousness.

The barman was admitted at Apakorn Kiatwong Hospital. His condition was unknown as of press time.
