A fire gutted an abandoned bar in the Pattaya area.
Firefighters from Pattaya City were notified of the fire at an abandoned bar early this morning, September 2nd, 2023, in Central Pattaya. They and the Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find the fire was already heavily ablaze in a storage room.
It took about 10 minutes to control the fire. The room contained mostly disused and antique items and was damaged but no injuries were reported.
Witnesses told the Pattaya News that they saw the fire through a glass door before calling firefighters. The cause of the fire is unclear and was still under investigation as of press time.
