Sattahip –

Police raided a daytime party in Sattahip where 52 teenagers were arrested and illegal drugs were seized.

A team of 30 police led by the Satthahip Police Chief Colonel Panya Damlek raided a pool villa in M.4. on Wednesday afternoon, August 30th, 2023. Colonel Panya told the Pattaya News that the raid came after police were notified from nearby residents that the party caused a public nuisance with loud songs stopping residents from sleeping and many parked cars in the area blocking regular traffic and even resident’s driveways.

There were in total 23 mostly luxury cars found parked nearby the villa, said Sattahip police. At the party, police found 52 teenagers of varying ages. Of those, 29 were male and 23 were female. According to Sattahip Police, the teens were enjoying taking illegal drugs and playing Hi-Low gambling, which is also illegal in Thailand.

Sattahip Police seized seven guns inside personal vehicles near the villa and also found some Ketamine. All 52 teenagers were taken to the Sattahip Police Station for further legal action.

Due to being juveniles, however, their names were not released.

This comes only days after another teen party at a Pattaya villa went viral for the condition the group allegedly left the villa in and for threatening the owner.

This also comes the same week that Pattaya police, fed up with violent incidents with teenagers on beaches, have banned them after 8 PM nightly unless their parents are present.
