The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has invited famous international influencers to attend a tourism-stimulus event over this past long Mother’s Day holiday weekend.
The TAT recently invited influencers and online media representatives from the Asia-Pacific region to an event called “Write Your Own Amazing New Chapter” in Thailand. The event took place from August 9th to the 13th, 2023, and it aimed to inspire influencers to share their travel experiences with a global audience.
The event kicked off at the Columbia Pictures Aquaverse in Chonburi, where participants were welcomed by the TAT Deputy Governor for Marketing Communications Mr. Chatthan Kunchorn Na Ayudhya and Pattaya Mayor Poramase Ngampiches. They gave speeches about the importance of sustainable tourism and how influencers can play a role in promoting it.
Over the course of four days, participants will travel to three different destinations in Thailand: Chiang Mai, Pattaya-Rayong, and Phuket. They will experience a variety of activities, from visiting ancient temples and palaces to exploring natural wonders around these world-famous tourist destinations.
Among the 50 participants are influencers and travel bloggers from diverse corners of the globe, including Australia, India, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, China, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
TAT envisions that these influencers will share their wonderful experiences with over 26 million people worldwide via various social media channels.
