Benevolent Poultry Association Donates Money to 500 Kids in Pattaya

Pattaya —

The Poultry Promotion Association Of Thailand Under The Patronage Of His Majesty (PPAT) donated 100 baht each to 500 children at the Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities (RFPD), also known as the Father Ray Foundation, located in Pattaya.

Chaired by PPAT President Chaweewan Khampha, the donation took place this morning, July 21st, at the RFDP building. The event aimed to deliver smiles and happiness to both the donors and the children, some of whom suffer physical disabilities and require special needs.

Chaweewan said: ” I feel very happy seeing the children today. I enjoy doing charitable deeds. I also believe in giving opportunities for education to young ones so that they can grow with quality and become self-reliant individuals, capable of living happily together in society.”

At present, the RFPD cares for 524 disabled students and has around 300 staff members and teachers. The foundation has been providing extensive educational programs to children in need for a long time without any charges. This aims to give them access to professional skills that will subsequently enable them to support themselves, their families, and fully participate in society with equal opportunities.
