Pattaya City Welcomes Over 1,200 Chinese Tourists for Business Conference

Pattaya, Thailand-

Pattaya City has warmly welcomed over 1,200 tourists from China attending a seminar from the Monarch Petroleum Company.

The event was held yesterday at 6PM, June 28th, 2023, at Nong Nooch Gardens and was attended by one of the deputy mayors of Pattaya along with Ms. Anoma Wongyai, the Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand Pattaya Office. Ms. Wu Qi, Vice President of the Monarch Petroleum Chemical Industry, hosted the seminar from the China side.

Both sides stressed the long history of friendship between China and Thailand and expressed desire for many more business conferences and seminars to be held in Pattaya hosting Chinese visitors.

Pattaya has been actively expanding plans for business tourism and to expand the potential for conferences overall to attract more visitors to the area, especially from China.
