Woman Survives Fall off Parking Building in Pattaya During Quarrel with Girlfriend

Pattaya —

A woman fell off a parking building in Naklua while quarrelling with her girlfriend, and survived.

The victim, a 23-year-old Thai woman whose name was withheld, was found resting on the 3rd floor of a parking building in the Naklua area within the Nongprue sub-district of Banglamung district, Chonburi province.

Still being conscious, the victim told the Sawang Boriboon rescue team that she had fallen from the 4th floor of the building while arguing with her girlfriend.

She said during the argument, she lost her balance and fell off the parking lot, but luckily, she managed to grab onto the balcony of the third-floor parking lot in time and then fell back inside the building. If she had not grabbed onto the balcony, she likely would not have survived the fall, the victim added.

The incident was reported at around 05:15 AM on Monday morning, June 26th. The victim sustained a minor shoulder injury and was transported to Banglamung Hospital for treatment.

In an interview with a security guard who witnessed the incident, Mr. Thanadon Wanta, he revealed that the victim’s girlfriend did not show any concern and instead returned to her room, leaving the victim lying alone on the floor.

The Pattaya News has withheld the names of both the victim and the girlfriend from publication.
