We recently had the pleasure to visit the fairly new Spices & Flavors Indian restaurant at Royal Garden and we were incredibly impressed.
Spices and Flavors, located in the basement of Royal Garden Mall on Pattaya Beach Road below Taco Bell and Burger King, is an amazing surprise that many people may not have known was even there.
The restaurant seeks to distinguish itself from many other Indian restaurants in Pattaya with a refreshingly diverse menu, comfortable and spacious environment, fantastic customer service, and, of course, delicious and amazing food.
One menu item our UK readers will be pleasantly surprised to see is Mixed Grilled plates of various sizes at affordable prices. The taste, execution, and appearance of these was spot on to several English guests of the Pattaya News that attended.
As for myself, (Adam, Pattaya News Co-Owner) I decided to be more adventurous and tried a honeyed chicken dish, seen below, that was a fusion mix. It was amazing, a bit spicy but I love spicy food and it was honestly one of the best dishes I’ve had in Pattaya.
Of course, Spices & Flavors also has an extensive menu of Northern and Southern Indian dishes, both traditional and modern, and many selections for vegetarian eaters. It would be difficult not to find a dish that fits your particular tastebuds!
