Pattaya Vendor Injured in Hit and Run

Pattaya —

A sedan crashed into a meatball vendor in Pattaya and fled.

Rescuers from the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation responded to a hit-and-run incident Thursday night, May 4th.

They arrived at the scene at Soi Pornprapanimit in the Nongprue sub-district of Banglamung district to find a female victim of unreported identity. She suffered minor injuries and felt tightness in her chest. Her belongings were scattered everywhere on the road.

The woman told local media that she is a meatball vendor. She was packing up her stall on the side of the street to call it a day when a white sedan suddenly crashed into her stall and her. The car then quickly raced away.

The woman was transferred to Bangkok Jomtien Hospital.

Police were investigating.
