The Rotary Club of Pattaya International would like to welcome their newly elected president, Philip Wall Morris.
He has been a Rotarian for 18 years and has had many Rotary awards.
His goal for the club is to make it a large family and ensure that the club has transparency and trust and that every member is treated equally and respects each other.
He also wishes for the members to feel free to voice their opinions and ideas in confidence.
In return, he promises to inform members and assist them with the many subjects and courses Rotary offers.
He also pledges to work closely and together with other Rotary Clubs and have multiple projects focused on the local community.
Finally, The Rotary Club of Pattaya International feels that his experience and leadership qualities will drive the club further and make them stronger.
In addition to the many charitable causes that the Rotary Club Of Pattaya International undertakes and plans, socializing is also important for all members and friends. The club recently met interesting guests from Europe:
Andreas Thommen has been a Rotary member for 20 years and is also President of the Zurich Rotary Club and was able to report first-hand how Rotary Switzerland works. Professor Dr. Klaus Ries from the University of Jena (Germany) enriched the evening with his knowledge. More evenings of this kind are planned and should be important encounters.
