Chonburi Cafe Owner is Looking for Owner of Lost Bamboo Rat

Chonburi —

In a heartwarming display of compassion, the owner of a cafe in Chonburi’s Mueang district has put out a public call to help reunite a lost bamboo rat with its rightful owner.

The bamboo rat, a native species of Southeast Asia, was discovered by the cafe owner, Palm, a few days ago. It was wandering near the entrance of Palm’s cafe located near the Phlapphla intersection in the Samet sub-district.

Concerned for the animal’s welfare, Palm kept the bamboo rat in a bucket and has been providing it with food and water. He told The Pattaya News that the animal must belong to someone, so he has taken to social media and many news outlets to spread the word about the lost bamboo rat, in the hopes that its rightful owner will come forward.

The lost animal remains at a cafe near the Phlapphla intersection in the Samet sub-district of Mueng district, Chonburi. Anyone with information will be of great help.
