Drug Dealers with 63,500 Meth Pills Busted in Sattahip After Selling Via Facebook

Chonburi —

Two drug dealers were arrested on Wednesday, February 1st, with 63,500 meth pills in Chonburi’s Sattahip district.

Sattahip Police tracked the two suspects from their Facebook account “Nooka,” and conducted a sting operation by ordering 60,000 meth pills from the suspects and luring them to meet at a rendezvous in the Chakphong sub-district of Klaeng district in Rayong province.

The first suspect, 28-year-old Chotiwat “Nook” Koomsonklin, arrived alone in a white Honda Civic sedan. He was arrested by the police with 60,000 meth pills hidden in the car.

The first suspect’s arrest led to the arrest of the second suspect, Nattapong “Boy” Uthaikao. The 35-year-old suspect was hiding in an unnamed resort in the Bang Saray sub-district of Sattahip when he was nabbed with 3,563 meth pills.

The police said Chotiwat was a large dealer and supplier who mainly operated in Sattahip.

The two reportedly confessed to selling drugs, saying they obtained them from another agent named “Mike,” who was hiding in Cambodia.

Chotiwat and Nattapong were charged with possession of a Type-1 drug with an intent to sell and distribute.
