A bar located on Soi Six in Pattaya, the Three (3) Angels Bar, is searching for an unidentified customer who picked up and took a staff member’s mobile phone, possibly by accident.
The incident took place yesterday, 12/21/2022, at 5:05 P.M., when an unidentified middle-aged Caucasian customer at the Three Angels Bar on Soi Six in Pattaya near Second Road can clearly be seen on camera reaching under an unidentified female staff member’s arm while she was distracted in conversation with other staff and take her mobile phone, an Iphone 14, pocketing it afterward.
The staff member did not notice her phone was missing until after the customer had left. A police report was being planned to be filed as of press time but the bar also wanted the assistance of local media to locate the customer.
The cashier, Tan, from Three Angels Bar, told The Pattaya News that the customer may have been American based on his accent and what he told a staff member. The customer had seemed friendly, although had possibly been intoxicated and was drinking a beer while in the bar.
Tan stated that they were willing to give the customer the benefit of the doubt if it was an accident or mistake, but wanted the customer to return to the bar and return the phone to the staff member who had important information and beloved photos on the mobile device.
