Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O’Cha and cabinet committee attend royal cremation ceremony for mass shooting victims in Nong Bua Lamphu

Nong Bua Lamphu –

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-O’Cha and the cabinet committee attended the royal cremation ceremony for 37 victims of a mass shooting in Nong Bua Lamphu province on Thursday afternoon, October 11th.

The committee arrived at Wat Rat Samakkhi in the Na Klang district to express their condolences. The Buddhist ceremony also took place at two other temples in the province.

General Prayut placed monk’s robes and sandalwood flowers from Their Majesties the King and the Queen at the beginning of the ceremony before the cabinet committee, the families of the victims, and funeral attendants stood up to mourn the death of innocent lives for one minute.

Temporary furnaces were also built at all three temples for the cremation this evening. The funerals took place at around 8:00 PM.
