According to Article 102 of the Thai Constitution, the general election must be held within 45 days after the end term of the House of Representatives. Therefore, it is tentatively to be on May 7, 2023, and the applications for political candidates will be available on April 3rd-7th.
Candidates are advised not to engage in activities that are likely to affect individuals’ favor or offering anything that tends to convince eligible voters within the 180 days before the House of Representative’s end term on March 23rd.
