The driver of the trailer truck claimed that he was delivering water when the victim suddenly hit him in the rear of his vehicle while he was waiting to make a U-turn.

He then left his truck to find the victim trapped in the car, moaning in pain, so he asked the onlookers to call the police.

As of press time, Weerapat is still recovering in a hospital. Police said that they will question him to hear his side of the story once he has recovered well enough. The trailer truck driver, according to reports, refused to reveal his name to the press.
