Pattaya

The new Pattaya mayor Poramese “Beer” Ngampiches was praised by locals for his swift response to removing incinerated communication wires in Soi Thepprasit 7.

According to reports, Poramese visited Soi Thepprasit 7 yesterday morning, June 24th, 2022, to check on the incinerated communication wires caused by previous multiple fire incidents.

The mayor said these wires were mostly unrepairable and causing problems because they were left dangling from the electric poles, which blocked traffic and walkways, so he ordered them to be removed immediately.

In the evening of the same day, all incinerated wires were reportedly removed from Thepprasit Rd, which reversed the traffic to its usual flow. One local, according to reporters, stated that he was glad the traffic was back to normal. Also, he complimented Poramese for his swift response to tackling problems.
