A naked homeless man was hit by a truck while trying to cross the road in Pattaya. The driver of the truck claimed the man cut him off.
The Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Rescue Centre received a call at 5 a.m. yesterday, May 29th, about a naked homeless man who was hit by a truck and sustained serious injuries while trying to cross the road in the Bang Lamung sub-district, Bang Lamung, Chonburi.
The male victim, whose name and age could not be identified by rescuers, appeared to be completely naked while lying in a pool of blood after being hit by a bronze truck.
The rescuers dressed him and quickly took him to the nearest hospital due to his serious injuries. It was unclear why the man was unclothed.
Jirasak Sarakham, a 28-year-old truck passenger, told local media that the homeless man abruptly cut them off, so they could not brake. The driver’s name and age were not revealed and he declined to speak to the press, according to local reporters.
