Fire destroys sedan at garage in Chonburi, owner escapes without injuries

Chonburi –

A fire completely destroyed a parked car in front of a garage in Mueang Chonburi District yesterday, March 13th, 2022.

Firefighters were called to the scene at a garage in the Baan Suan sub-district. They arrived at the scene with two fire engines to find that a parked sedan was completely ablaze in a furious fire.

It took about half an hour for firefighters to put out the fire, unfortunately, the car was completely destroyed.

The garage owner, Mr. Eiam Siriratjaroenphon, 57, told TPN media, “It is my sedan. I was uninstalling some parts of the sedan to fix the structure inside the vehicle. While I was connecting parts, some sparks from the welding fell on to the oil tank before the fire started. Luckily, I escaped from the fire with no injuries.”
