DAY 3: PRATAMNAK HILL & DONGTAN BEACH
115 Dogs were vaccinated and 28 sterilized in 3 days!
March 10th was the final day of the mass vaccination and sterilization campaign for Pratamnak Hill and Dongtan Beach, in response to a recent rabies outbreak. Darters are still out catching some very difficult dogs and will work into the night – but yesterday, a further 9 dogs were sterilized and vaccinated. It has been a tremendously successful 3 days in very hot conditions and we can’t applaud the team enough!
We have received many messages requesting additional locations be targeted. Our answer is always YES! But as a small Foundation, we require sponsors to support our deployment. If the support is forthcoming, we are ready!
