Pattaya drug dealer arrested with 80 methamphetamine pills and crystal methamphetamine

Pattaya –

A drug dealer has been arrested in Pattaya with 80 methamphetamine pills and some crystal methamphetamine in the Pattaya area earlier this week.

A team from the Pattaya City Police arrested Mr. Adul ‘Nu’ Mandee, 44, on Thep Prasit Road in Nongprue on the evening of Wednesday, February 9th, 2022. Seized from him were 28.5 grams of crystal methamphetamine and 80 methamphetamine pills.

The arrest came after police received a tip-off from an anonymous concerned citizen claiming they were afraid for the local community that Nu was selling drugs in the area. Law enforcement from the Pattaya Police conducted a sting operation before arresting him.

Nu is facing charges of illegal possession of Category 1 drugs with intent to sell. Police are continuing their investigation to find more related drug dealers and believe that Nu was not acting alone. Nu, however, claimed he didn’t remember where he got the drugs and claimed he didn’t work with anyone. Pattaya Police don’t believe his statements of completely forgetting where he obtained his supply and are continuing their investigation.
