Pattaya City extending time for land and building tax payments

Pattaya –

Pattaya City has announced extending time for land and building tax payments this year.

The information is as follows, according to Pattaya City Public Relations:

1. Tax assessment forms can be submitted until April 2022
2. Land and building tax can be paid until June 2022
3. Land and building tax paid by installation can be done by the following:

– 1^st installment until June 2022

– 2^nd installment until July 2022

– 3^rd installment until August 2022

4. Notice letters for land and tax payments are being extended until July 2022
5. Unpaid land and building tax lists can be notified to land offices until August 2022 with no more fines added.
