19-year-old female motorbike driver dies in Central Pattaya crash on Christmas morning

Pattaya –

A teenage female motorbike driver has been pronounced dead at the scene after she crashed her motorbike in Central Pattaya on Christmas morning.

The Pattaya City Police were notified of the accident on the early morning of Christmas (December 25th) at an intersection near the entrance of Central Pattaya Road in Nongprue.

Emergency responders and the Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find a damaged white Vespa motorbike lying on the road. Nearby, responders found the injured woman, Ms. Krittiya Aunjaiyai, 19, from Rayong, who was unconscious. She was later pronounced dead while being transferred to a local hospital for medical assistance.

Witnesses told The Pattaya News that the motorbike driver lost control at a red light before crashing into the central reservation.

However, Pattaya police are continuing their investigation and checking CCTV footage nearby to find the exact cause of the accident.
